Cleaning Services Explained
Standard Clean
This service is designed to keep your home clean with regular maintenance. It includes all items on our standard checklist, below, and assumes that your home has been cleaned recently. Select this if your home only needs standard upkeep.
Deep Clean
This service is designed to bring your home up to the standard of cleanliness needed for ongoing maintenance. It includes cleaning base boards, window ledges, backsplash and hood ranges as well as deep scrubbing tubs and showers. Select this if your home has not been professionally cleaned in the last 3 months or needs extra care and attention.
Move In/Move Out Clean
This service is designed for people who are moving and whose homes will be completely free of boxes and furniture. It includes our deep cleaning tasks as well as cleaning the inside of the fridge, oven cabinets and drawers, amongst other things.

If the situation warrants, specific add-ons may be required in some cases, such as in the case of pets or heavy build up, for homes not cleaned in a while.
Frequency Discounts on Flat Rate Cleaning Packages
Booking recurring services with GTA Home Cleaners will receive a discount depending on the chosen frequency. This discount will be applied to every service after your first.

Before we arrive
If you are aware that your home is cluttered, please ensure that the home is picked up before our arrival. If the home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days or has excessive buildup, please add the flat-rate “Heavy Duty” extra to your booking.
Once we Arrive
Once we arrive: Any work performed outside the regular scope; such as de-cluttering or organizing will be charged at our hourly rate prior to starting the actual service. This applies to any situation, which would prevent us from starting the cleaning process at arrival. Furthermore, if we arrive and it is apparent that the home has not been cleaned within the last 30 days or has excessive buildup, we will add the “Heavy Duty” extra to the booking.
There aren’t may things we Can’t Clean but here’s a list:
- Cleaning of Chandeliers
- Wet Wiping of Light Bulbs
- Cleaning of Bio-hazards (Mold, etc)
- Hauling Trash Away from Home
- Packing Dishes Away
- Moving Heavy Furniture
- Animal Waste/Litter/Insects
- Hight to Reach Areas (More than a 2 step ladder)
- Washing of Exterior Windows
- Hoarding Clean Up
Cancellation Policy
We do ask for at least a 48 hours notice if there’s a need to cancel.
In cases where we don’t get at least a 48-hour notice, we reserve the right charge a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees may be charged for reasons outside of requesting a cancellation. These include not being able to gain entry, payment failing, no running water, no electricity, or no working A/C (summer months)
